FIRST OF ALL, WHAT IS HYPIDERMIS?

HI SO welcome to the chaotic world of Angélica and the brainfog brigade! this is a messy and goofy and kinda dark but also kinda silly passion project full of comics, mini stories, and little experiments about a wannabe dictator, her mafia buddy, and their scammer friend who somehow makes everything worse but also… weirdly works??????

It’s a mix of satire, slapstick, evil plans that fail (or work by accident) and the guys that are trying really hard to be serious but end up causing more problems than they solve. Expect propaganda posters, trashy TV, clone disasters, and MAYBE a few heartfelt moments (but shhh don’t tell them that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Angélica

Angélica is PAINFULLY awkward but hides it by uhh acting overly confident (often failing hilariously). She’s surprisingly talented at building technology n stuff, using her skills to create tools that reinforce her power!! She’s driven more by the aesthetics of power than by any clear ideology tho. While she’s self-aware enough to realize she’s out of her depth, her stubbornness keeps her from stepping back (or just admitting defeat).

ALSO when she’s not busy trying to dominate the world, Angélica is a major anime fan who hasn’t finished a single series, and her guilty pleasures include obsessing over Juan Manuel de Rosas and snacking on the dry green bits from instant ramen packs.

Fineasifer

Fineasifer is the shortest (and dumbest) member of Angélica's team but that doesn’t stop him from getting things done! He's a hitman and scammer who accidentally succeeds by being oblivious to the consequences of his actions.Fineasifer's innocent heart is as big as his love for puppies (his true weakness), and he often mutters, “I’m just a boy,” despite being a grown man who’s murdered the wrong people more times than he can count

While he can't remember simple instructions yet he somehow manages to pull off impossible scams. He's sweet and caring, but his lack of awareness means he often doesn't understand the danger his actions cause. As long as there's a dog in the vicinity, he's a happy guy ^_^He doesn’t have a grand plan in life; he’s fine with being a hitman. He's aware that people think he’s a bit... off, but as far as he's concerned, he's just a boy trying his best (or something likethat idk i hate m¡him so much)

Bueno

Bueno is a mafia boss (I THINK )with a love for disco and an attitude as sharp as his styling comb! A purple poodle dressed in immaculate 1960s disco fashion, he’s not just a jokester, he’s also one of Angélica’smost valuable allies!!!!!! As the group's “eyes,” he manages a vast network of hidden cameras to keep track of everyone under their control (ironically making him the “see no evil” to Angélica's “hear no evil” and Fineasifer's“speak no evil”).

While Bueno outwardly respects Angélica, he often replies to her with sarcastic comments that she doesn't catch. His friendship with Fineasifer is an odd BUT strong one, they're always hanging out, though Fineasifer's antics often test Bueno's patience bcs he is so fucking dumb and i hate hjim. ALSO UNDER the afro and pranks, Bueno's short-tempered attitude comes from the stress of working nonstop. He used to party all night n stuff but has traded fun for relentless focus on his work, which he secretly misses :(

he is also a dog so he is AWESOME
